Posting Rules & Guidelines

To keep 3jlisting clean, safe, and useful for everyone, all sellers must adhere to these guidelines. Let's build a trustworthy marketplace together.

Zero Tolerance Policy: Ads that violate these rules will be immediately rejected or deleted by our moderation team. Repeated violations will result in a permanent ban of your account and phone number from the 3jlisting platform.

1. No Duplicates or Spam

Do not post the exact same item multiple times across different categories or locations. If your item hasn't sold, you can edit the price or wait for our algorithm to circulate it, rather than creating a duplicate ad.

2. Accurate Descriptions and Images

Your ad title and description must accurately describe the exact item being sold. You must upload actual, clear photos of the physical item. Do not use stock photos from Google or screenshots from other websites.

3. Prohibited Items & Services

You are strictly prohibited from posting ads for any illegal, regulated, or dangerous items. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Stolen goods or counterfeit products (e.g., fake designer wear).
  • Weapons, firearms, and explosives.
  • Hard drugs, prescription medications, or medical devices.
  • Adult content, pornography, or escort services.
  • Fraudulent services or "get-rich-quick" financial schemes.

4. Realistic Pricing

Items must be listed with realistic prices in Naira (₦). Do not list ads with fake clickbait prices like "₦1" or "₦50" just to attract attention. Ads with intentionally misleading prices will be deleted without warning.
